"As a person who travels 10 months a year and stays in many 4 and 5 star properties I must say my time at this property was lovely and memorable- and definitely gets two thumbs up and 5 stars. Because of the smaller size of the hotel (at 30 rooms) the engagement between the guests and the staff felt warm and genuine and the services felt more personal, the quality of the meals for instance being an example of this. "Positives: Beautiful old colonial house right on the beach. The room was large and the balcony overlooked the pool and beach beyond. Honour bar for drinks was handy and breakfast was good. Beach swim-able and many restaurants close by. Good A/C
Negative - low water pressure in shower which was quite small. Lovely freestanding tub was not usable - taps didn’t work properly and base leaked. Bad quite hard.
