Uncomfortable beds and over the top work

The cabin is in a lovely location, the bathroom and rest of the cabin was clean and it is spacious for 2 people. However, the beds are so uncomfortable as to feel like plywood, the way management communicates with you and you have to pick up the keys, drop them off elsewhere, take your trash out to the dumpster, with threats as to fees if you don't...I wouldn't stay here again.
