Great Pyramid Inn

10/10 Excellent

"Great Hotel - staff were very friendly and accommodating. The view from hotel is amazing. Thank you so much!"

New Museum Guest House Pyramids View

8/10 Good

"I enjoyed my stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the breakfast plentiful and the rooftop terrace view of the pyramids and museum is spectacular. Even though the museum is so close by, it’s not easy to get to by walking, so I’d highly recommend you get an Uber. The area surrounding the hotel still needs a lot of development and that won’t be for everybody, but if you can overlook that the experience inside the hotel is very nice. Thank you to the team there for being so hospitable and welcoming!"

Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at First Residence

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel made the trip for me and my friend. The rooms were huge, well air-conditioned and spotlessly clean, with twice a day housekeeping. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and we particularly appreciated the safe drivers, as Cairo traffic is horrendous. The hotel restaurants were lovely and my only feedback is that vegetarian choices were limited, although what I did have was excellent. Food and drinks are surprisingly low cost for a 5-star hotel and, because of the range of restaurants and bars, we did not have to leave the hotel in the evenings: another bonus for female travellers. The concierge arranged a trip to the great pyramids that suited us perfectly and was much better than an external guided tour. Finally the attached mall was an enjoyable and safe way of browsing the shops. Overall an excellent experience."

Hotel Comfort Giza

8/10 Good

"The highlight of my stay was definitely the beautiful view! However, the property was quite noisy at times, which made it difficult to fully relax. Cleanliness was also an area that could use some improvement. While I appreciated the lovely scenery, a quieter atmosphere and more attention to housekeeping would have made the experience much more enjoyable."

Best View Pyramids Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Le petit déjeuner est fait avec des produits locaux. La chambre était plutôt propre pour le quartier. Le personnel est toujours disponible pour nous aider. Nous sommes en sécurité à l'intérieur delicately. Beautiful roof top view of the Pyramids for the restaurant, breakfast lunch and dinner."

Giza Pyramids View Inn

10/10 Excellent

"An unforgettable stay with breathtaking views! From our bedroom to the rooftop lounge, the pyramid views did not disappoint. The newly refreshed rooftop was beautifully furnished and such a wonderful place to unwind after full days of sightseeing. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh eggs made to order, delicious coffee, Greek yogurt, different breads, sliced pound cakes, and individual portions of honey and jam. I especially enjoyed adding a little honey and raspberry jam to my yogurt. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, the bed was wonderfully made, and check-in was easy. We especially appreciated the rooftop bar and the convenience of being able to enjoy a drink in our room after long days exploring. Most importantly, the location was invaluable. We had two full days of sightseeing, including the pyramids, Sphinx, Grand Egyptian Museum, Memphis, Saqqara and Dahshur. Staying in Giza made those early morning departures so much easier, allowing us to beat the incredible Cairo traffic and experience these extraordinary places before the heat and crowds. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality. We left with wonderful memories and would absolutely recommend Giza Pyramid View Inn!"
