"Very accomodating staff. I like how spacious the rooms are. Free parking. Only downside we had was no bedside tables, and plugs were very difficult to find/access. Still, would love to stay here regardless."

"When we arrived the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Directions and access to the secure parking area was easy. Lovely clean comfortable room with lots of hot water. Sébastien Lecouffe, the manager was friendly and helpful. A great stay while visiting the Lille xmas market, which was a quick 15 minute Uber journey away."

"There was grease/blood stains on the rail above the single beds. Breakfast was just croissants and a coffee machine. The shower was tiny, and you have to pay 3 Euros per towel. It was noisy into the night, and early day. Didn’t feel like much sleep happened. "

"Front desk were very friendly on arrival, Room was nice with toilet separate from shower which helped with a family of 4. There was a lovely personalised message on our mirror on arrival. Pool was nice as was breakfast. Kids loved the closeness to shopping centre. Car park was tall enough for camper and secured at night."
