"Great hotel. Highly recommend it. Location was fantastic and close to so many amenities. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. Food was so nice. Breakfast had a good selection of freshly cooked options. Dinner was so tasty with a good variety of choice. They had a really good chef. There was a hot and cold water dispenser which was so handy so you didn't have to keep buying bottled water. Highly recommend this hotel as this has been my second visit to it. So far so good and I would definitely come back and stay here again. "

"Decent Stay with Some Room for Improvement I stayed here recently and overall, it was an okay experience. The room was clean, which was a positive start. However, after taking a shower, water leaked out from the shower area, and the entire toilet floor got flooded. I ended up spending a bit of time cleaning it up, which was quite inconvenient. The towel provided was incredibly small – almost the size of a handkerchief. That wasn’t ideal, especially when you need a proper-sized towel after a shower. The internet speed was frustratingly slow, which made it difficult to do anything online. Breakfast was decent but didn’t stand out – it could definitely be improved. Also, I was disappointed that they didn’t provide even a small complimentary water bottle upon arrival, which is usually a nice touch. On the positive side, the location was excellent, with shops nearby, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception team was especially accommodating, which was nice. A couple of other things to note: the duvet provided was quite small. When I asked for a double duvet, they gave me another single one, which didn’t really solve the issue. All in all, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved for a better experience. "
