"Staff helpful polite and kind. Safety taken seriously also. Food was really great, a mix of local Indonesian food as well as western choices. I stuck with the indo food, it was fantastic. Gym is a little bit tired, needs more weights but enough to get a small training session in.

"We enjoyed staying at this hotel. We got a room on 9th floor with a fantastic mountain view. It’s big room enough for a couple. There is no hairdryer in the room. The location is very quiet as we expected. Hotel is very clean. The staffs are very friendly. Amazing breakfast with many options. Room service was great. "

"It’s an easy 10 minute drive from the airport to the property. They upgraded my room for free and it’s nice and spacious. Wi-Fi is a fast. The shower is a bit treacherous- water and a marble floor make it slippery. No hand towels either, just 2 large bath towels. The food at the in house restaurant is good. They have local and western options. The staff is friendly and helpful. They give me extra soap when I asked for it. "
