After waiting for a while in the heat, an agitated and rude gentlemen let us in to the office to check in. "This is the second time we have stayed at Bancroft apartments. We love it. Great location, with the best view. It's got everything you need, except WIFI. It's clean and comfortable; my only criticism is some of the cooking equipment needs to be updated eg, the fry pan."
