"Gros potentiel, mais ils ne semblaient pas prêt pour le début de saison. La piscine n'était pas encore ouverte par exemple, mais on ne nous l'avait pas indiqué lors de la réservation. Des matériaux étaient visible un peu partout sur le domaine, les chiens aux pattes boueuses marchaient partout sur notre terrasse et sur nos chaises extérieures, etc. Toutefois, nous avons eu une belle expérience et le personnel a été plus que gentil en tout temps. J'y retournerais, mais je m'assurerais que...

"The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. They have different amenities but you do have to pay for everything. The AC didn't work during my entire stay and we had to sleep with the outside shade door open. The beds were also hard. My daughter had a small bed and as soon as she sat down it seems that it broke. The hotel itself looked nice and the view is amazing. It's in a very country place but only a few minutes from most turist destinations."

"This property was well maintained and clean, very quiet very relaxing. We didn't use the pool but there is a regular size pool. We had breakfast included and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was good and had multiple options. The beach was pretty but it has a lots of rocks, still easy to swim and plenty of lounge chairs to use. Great location if you have a car, a few minutes away from polignano a mare, monopoli and Bari. Include parking but also offers a free shuttle bus for near by towns. Great view of the ocean, I would come back to this place again."

"We found Hotel Aquatio to be a unique and truly special place — a perfect blend of luxury, history, and thoughtful modern design. The architecture and cave interiors are stunning, and every corner feels carefully considered. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone we met — from reception to the spa team, the restaurant staff, and even the cleaners — was consistently friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. It made the whole stay feel relaxed and welcoming. The spa and pool were a real highlight. Swimming in the atmospheric cave pool was unforgettable — calming, beautiful, and unlike anything we’ve experienced before. Overall, Aquatio is a luxurious, beautifully designed hotel with outstanding service and a truly memorable atmosphere. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it."

"We have just come back from our stay at Dilman Luxury stays in Bari and I would not be able to praise this place and the staff enough in one review. We have stayed there for 10 days and we felt like at home! The place is simply outstanding and has exceeded our expectations despite of all the great reviews we have read before visiting it. You will find everything there that is needed/useful/handy for you stay. For us it is definitely 11 stars out of 10! Now onto staff - well they all were simply amazing. Polite, helpful, welcoming, respectful, happy, knowledgeable. All of them were always checking if we were happy with everything. Rafaella was very helpful in terms of suggesting places to visit and Alessia was an incredible photographer! We wanted to say a massive thank you to all of you and you have made our stay there simply wonderful!"
