"This was an excellent hotel in a great location just outside of the business of Interlaken. Five min walk to the Main Street. Great breakfast and staff were excellent. Especially Maximilian on reception. Such a friendly young man who welcomed us and provided excellent service. Very dog friendly hotel. "

"The rooms were hot and there is a bar in the basement that was noisy and rowdy ‘til 5 a.m. We were told the bar is closing soon, and this should be resolved, but it was awful."

"The hotel has a commanding position in Wengen. The view of the mountains and valley are fantastic, and the common areas attract the guests to them. The hotel was clearly high-end decades ago, but has faded a bit. Some will find this charming, while others may not. The breakfast was excellent and should accommodate all tastes. The staff were outstanding, very personable and helpful."

"Overall, lovely hotel and in a great location in the town centre. Spa and pool are the highlight. Room was comfy and fresh, think we had a updated room which was nice. It did however lack coat hooks and places to hang wet robes and towels...a basic that's missing. Breakfast was ok, it didn't quite hit expectations. Could have done with a few more hot options. Would definitely recommend. "

"Perfect location right next to the ski train going to Kleine Scheidegg and a cable car going to Mannlichen. Amazing spa with warm sea water pool fuul of water jet massage spots, hamam, sauna, dipping pools, and an ice water plunge bucket. Breakfast choices are a bit repetitive, but plentiful. "

"This hotel was beautiful. There were lovely views from it of the mountains. The rooms excellent. There were bath robes and slippers. The spa area was very nice. This was included in your stay. There was a great choice for breakfast. The bar area was very nice and a lovely place to sit and relax with a drink. All the staff were so helpful. "
