"This hotel made us the highlight of our Busan stay. We were treated like royalty every time we entered the hotel; the staffs were very kind to help in anyway they can. The weather was hot when we visited Korea. It was so nice that the hotel is attached to a huge shopping palace and duty free, we were having such a great time without feeling bored. The room is also very comfortable. Living in high end hotels many times, I have never been impressed with their amenities that I would abandon mine to use theirs. Lotte amenities are luxurious and I have been using theirs throughout this journey. Showers pressures are excellent, and additional details like soft close bathroom doors and underbed lightings really makes the hotel a great place to stay.
