"I very much appreciated the good service of Harry and his wife who made my stay comfortable and pleasant. My rating of this stay is high but travelers should be aware of two things. First, there is no air conditioning here. There was a large ceiling fan and opening windows with a breeze, but I missed air conditioning (which one might have expected in a hostel that is in Nepal's large tourist city of Pokhara). "The main thing that makes this hotel excellent is by far the absolutely amazing staff. We cannot say enough great things about these really great people. In all of our travels, we have never come across a more genuine and caring group of individuals. The hotel is run by 7 stellar staff, who work tirelessly around the clock. Hotel manager, Sanjog, was so helpful and polite and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Waiter, Kashang, is a wonderful young man who always greeted us with a smile and provided the best service. Chef, Manoj, created the most tasty, fresh meals for us. (He has a great future ahead of him in this industry.) We were so impressed by the food, that we ate every meal in the hotel restaurant. Front desk clerk, Nirjala, was so sweet and made check in and out a breeze. The housekeeping staff ensured the room was clean upon arrival and were always available if we needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with each and every staff member and loved getting to know them. On our last day, the staff all came together to see us off, which was such a special moment that almost brought me to tears. Our only regret is that we didn’t take a photo with them! Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We hope to see you again!"

"Wonderful experience. We reached around 6 pm, and the view was amazing during the night. Having a dinner watching such an amazing view of lake, beautiful landscape of hills, and calm music was my best experience. Prime location, great ambience, and Staffs were super friendly. Sushant was great. More than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
