"Staff was nice, wasn’t able to try breakfast so I can’t rate that, parking was easy, and room was clean. Was good enough for what I needed that night."

"Our visit started out horribly when after check-in we found ourselves taken to a tiny, unclean room kind of in the lower level area - had to go down some stairs outside and into a room behind a metal door. The room had a small queen or maybe a full-size bed, not the king bed room we had booked and paid for. When we pointed this out to the front desk person, he said it was the correct room, and that they didn't even have any king bed rooms on the property. As my husband questioned him further, he did finally find us a king room on the second floor and begrudgingly took us up to look at it. It was decent and a bit cleaner, so we took it and stayed the night. Our stay was ok and the room was basically clean enough in the end. Perhaps it was a language barrier issue, but still a frustrating experience."

"Very spacious, comfortable room. Conveniently located on the west side of Gillette with easy access back to I90. Also it is only a very short drive to the historic downtown. "

"The room was clean but the bathroom was very outdated, had mold/water damage on the ceiling and the shower head was awful. However, the staff was wonderful they were all very friendly. "

"The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. But if staff is going to be in the back there has got to be a better system to notify them if someone is at the front desk. We got to the hotel at 3:30am after driving 7 hours and had to wait 20 minutes to check in. We tried calling the hotel, knocking on doors of offices and couldnt find anyone."
