Beds were actually very comfortable and area was quiet. Only reason for no 5 stars was because although fairly clean, the property was quite worn. That has been true of every hotel in Gillette. All the areas hotels we’ve stayed at are used hard and seem to wear out quickly.

Great hotel

Excellent friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Safe, quiet, our go to motel when staying in area. Gave us a handicap room knowing we had a service animal and kept us in same room both nights. Breakfast was good as well!

They do not care about the ADA lifts in the pool area, then they give you the sand old excuse "we are waiting on the technicians to come out and fix them.... they just stopped working" The place is decent for the price

Kids up and down halls. Walls and floors not sound proof. Had a terrible time trying to sleep. No noise control. People up being loud at all hours of the night. If Lumpy pillows aren’t your thing either I would suggest bringing a pillow from home.

Fitness center was 77° and no water in there. Went to the breakfast area and water was turned off. No water in the lobby area either. Coffee machine didn’t work correctly in the room. Shampoo and conditioner containers only had enough for maybe 2 uses. On hotels.com this place has over 9.3 and by fat wasn’t even an 8

The property itself is nice. Clean, nice breakfast, easy parking. However, I booked - and paid for - 2 queen beds. Upon arrival, the desk agent said "someone else must have made a mistake and booked the 2 queens you reserved. I only have rooms with 1 king." Being flexible, I just agreed to take the 1 king as long as I could have extra blankets, pillows so I could sleep on the pullout bed. Upon entering the room, the room had a QUEEN bed. And, the agent brought me a sheet and blanket, but said he wasn't able to find extra pillows. After driving 14 hours and specifically picking this hotel for the 2 queen beds, I was extremely disappointed to only get 1 queen, while still paying for 2 queens. No discount was offered.
