"We are a US family and visited Hotel GS in July, to break up our stay in Copenhagen. We were unfamiliar with the area and tried to ensure that we were staying in a walkable area, near the beach and with good amenities. We were not disappointed ... The hotel excelled on all counts. It is located on the north coast, near other lovely towns. Just a lovely area, we enjoyed the sunset balcony and the hotel restaurant is really excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating too. "

We opted to eat in the hotel dining room and the food prepared by Vik was exceptional. We’re talking perfectly seasoned and beautifully cooked European dishes with top-end restaurant presentation.
