"This was a pleasant surprise! I wasn’t expecting much based upon the outside of the building. However, I had one of the best hotel experiences in my life. The pictures on the website are exactly what it looks like on the inside. I have stayed at luxury hotels all over the world and this hotel has to be one the cleanest I have ever stayed in! My room was spotless. No nasty dust in the bathroom exhaust fan, fluffy towels, spotless carpeting, even the lamp shades were clean. The staff is honestly amazing. Friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was very nice and varied every day. It was nice to eat off of real plates with flatware and cups. I will defiantly be calling the Phoenix Inn “home” the next time I’m in Albany. "
"I really enjoyed staying at Super 8 in Albany, Oregon. The room was clean and had a refrigerator/freezer that worked well. The air conditioning was great and I slept very well. The pool was clean and towels were available. I plan to return again when visiting family in the area. Highly recommend this property. "
