"I realize I booked my room on the same day, but to have your lobby filled with mattresses is not a good look. The lobby was loud and at 10:30 pm people were talking so loud the person I was speaking on my phone in my room could hear the loud voices. This went on for an hour. I was awoken at 6 a, with noise and a gurgling noise that sounded like coffee brewing for an hour. The bathroom was super beat. The bathtub had chips missing and a brown scratches on the bottom of the tub. Bathroom also needs to be painted. Only 1 garbage can. Maybe that's the bad luck of a ground floor room, but my card went through and I think we all deserve a decent night's sleep."
