"Still no staff at the front desk at the Palmer Inn. Very cold without staff to go too. Coffee machine is lacking the higher end latte/espresso machine that they have at Church Landing. The new redone rooms are definitely 100% better than before. Total plus."

"They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool."

"The room was clean. Staff was friendly. They kept the breakfast well stocked and there’s always plenty of parking. I just wish their showers had detachable shower hoses to make showers easier for all the guests that come and stay at their property Disabilities or not."
