"Our room smell a bit musty & perfumy. The fridge didn't work & the toilet was loose. We've been staying here for years because we have family nearby. The property was really nice when it was new, it's showing it's age and could use a refresh and deep clean."

"I had requested first floor room. They put me on the second floor all the way at the end. I have trouble walking long distances. They told me there was no rooms available on the first floor. Hmmm...
