"Had a great stay. Clean, very good location, quiet room. Property advertises bikes however it’s on a first come first serve. Unfortunately when I wanted a bike they were not available however that would be the only extremely tiny complaint. Aside from that, no complaints at all. Would stay here again when I visit Vancouver."

"We were able to find a room here that accommodated our group of 6 (3 adults and 3 children under 12) who were wanting to be in the same room for one night to attend a local concert. The hotel is in an older building but has a lot of charm and fun decor, the staff were friendly (we received welcome drinks and chocolates upon arrival) and the location was ideal for attending a concert at BC Place. Would definitely recommend it for a short stay in the city."

"The room was very clean, bed and chairs very comfortable . No hallway noise or noise from adjacent rooms. The only downside, the a/c fan was quite loud and rattled. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is very walkable - just what I was looking for. I would stay here again."
