"The room was very clean and comfortable. I arrived late however, staff was helpful. The breakfast was wonderful: oatmeal (with all the fixings), eggs(scrambled or boiled), bacon & sausage, cereal, pancakes, coffee, juice (apple & orange). It was paid parking; however, I was not charged.
The BAD…one of my bracelets came up missing. It was left on the bed side table, every night, and put on the next day. As I was preparing to leave and began putting my jewelry on, I noticed that bracelet was missing.
The only time I left the room, without it, is when my Fiance and I walked over to the office building, to get breakfast.
I went to the front desk abs asked if anyone turned it in and was told “no.” I asked if I could file a complaint because they have staff who steaks; my Fiance and I turned the place upside down; knowing it was gone, but wanted to be safe.
Short to the Long, I asked for corporates number to lodge a complaint."
