"The Sonesta Hotel Baltimore Inner Harbor is tucked in a decent area of downtown Baltimore, not too far from the Harbor and about a 10-minute walk from the convention center. Be mindful at night that there are people walking around there are sometime people around the hotel area.
Overall, the hotel entrance is nice, but the hold for accidental damage is an alarming $150, which you do get back after your stay.
The hotel itself has fairly dimly lit floors. The Bed was comfortable, but there was no room service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel has 3 elevators, one of which was out of service; my room was on the 6th floor. Furthermore, when I came back one day, both elevators were broken, and the only other elevator went only to the 5th floor, which was a bit annoying.
The rooms don't have a microwave but do have a fridge to place your cold items. There were some damages, such as the toilet paper rollers not being tightened, and some rust around the bathroom door. Also, in the tub, there is shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, which is nice. My shower gel fell off the tub wall when I came back one day and broke. I took it to the reception desk and was told housekeeping would replace it, but it never was.
Overall, I would stay again, but I am mindful that service is a bit slow and some requests take a while.
