"Security guard left my girlfriend standing at the door without even getting up to ask or gesture if she needed help getting in. Just left her standing there. I had to come down to let her in. I won’t let his laziness take away from the hotel experience. Everyone else was great."

"All in all it was a very nice stay. Staff at the front desk were excellent and very helpful. We did check in during an extremely busy time and they were able to assist everyone in a timely manner. Our 1 complaint is that we were on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view of a large office building. There was no night blinds to block the city lights that were very bright. The window has very thin satin like shades that barely made the room private. The beds were very comfortable."
