"The room was fairly clean. Could do with a deep clean in crevice areas of the room. Like around lamps and fixtures. Then we couldn't figure out the switches for what lights. Then to pay for parking was I think a stretch for a guest. "

"I've stayed at several hotels in different cities, but this one was the worst ever. There was a convention going on and it made the hotel very busy. That wasn't the problem though. First off there was no coffee offered in the lobby in the mornings. The hotel needs some updating in the rooms. It's a old hotel I understand that, but there was barely any hot water, the room was either to cold or too hot (ac didn't kick in at all), the bathroom toilet broke in the middle of the night, the shower curtain was falling apart, and the mini fridge did not work well. Everything I ordered from the restaurants were subpar, not to mention I waited 40 minutes for a Fish and chips only to be told they sold out. I still can't wrap my head about that. I don't understand how you can order something, wait 40 minutes, then told it's sold out. Some employees were super nice, while others were very rude. My whole experience was negative. "

"My room had a smell it smelled like mildew . Like the carpet was shampoo & didn't dry well. The door to the refrigerator was broke. No blackout curtain . Shower needs to be address because water gets on the floor. "

"The good in the restaurant was great, especially the kids meals and very reasonable compared to what was in the area. Staff was fantastic, polite, professional and friendly. Pool was clean and a nice temperature. "

"Elevator panels were held together with duct tape. Got me worried a little of the elevator was safe. Trim in the elevator was lifted and my shoe got stuck one time. Hair dryer in the room was broken and didn't get fixed despite two requests. The room service guy (likely Doordash) didn't deliver silverware with dinner and what's worse argued it wasn't his job to deliver silverware with the order unless I order directly with the restaurant. "

"I didn’t stay 5 min , I booked what i was should have been a 4 star hotel but it was not . First to get from the sticky parking garage to the hotel was very inconvenient included stairs and with luggage it was very difficult the hotel did not have a great smell and the rooms smelled like mop water. Would not recommend "
