"I didnt enjoy breakfast as it was not served yet when i left for Harrison AR"

"I wasn’t expecting anything fancy because the price was pretty reasonable, but I was still disappointed with some of the basics. The TV wasn’t working during my stay, and even though the staff came to check it, they couldn’t fix it. The fridge also didn’t work, and a lot of the room equipment felt old and outdated. There was no soap provided for the shower, and the carpet had a noticeable odor as well. The staff was okay overall, but the general quality of the hotel and rooms just didn’t feel up to the mark. For the price, I expected at least the basic things to work properly. The stay experience definitely needs improvement, and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"Check in was fast. Sleep was horrible. Bed hard only 3 pillows. Smelled like smoke everywhere. Floors dirty. Outside noises and neighbors noise was disturbing until about 4am. But all kind of expected for a cheap hotel. There weren’t any bugs and we all survived. "

"Excellent area, good parking and friendly and very helpful staff but the hotel tends to get a little noisy during early mornings. Also be careful, someone charged drinks to our room. The hotel was great about removing the charges. They seem to not have a good plan in place at the bar, other than to ask for the room number."
