"Absolutely adore this spot! Staff were great - except for one waitress in the restaurant who decided our child shouldn’t eat tiramisu and so she told us it was sold out. Was pretty judgemental. Everyone else was fantastic and would highly recommend this place to anyone!"

"Plenty of space for parking car / motorcycle. Room large and clean . Tea/coffee in room . Restaurant does not open in the evening. Young gentleman on reception was helpful . Burger bar a few doors away was very nice , staff were friendly. Breakfast was not great Carpets throughout were very dirty . "

"The property is located in the most beautiful spot with incredible views of Mount Etna. The staff were incredible and extremely helpful. The hotel is easy to get to by taxi or train from the airport. The food was delicious and fresh. Would highly recommend!!"
