"On our first night we alerted the reservation desk that our stove's hot surface light was stuck on. We also mentioned the heat wasn't working properly. Maintenance had to come twice to fix the heating issue.
The stove was left as is until it became an issue on our 7th day, when the burner wouldn't shut off. We didn't think it would be safe to leave the house with a burning hot stove, so we waited over an hour for maintenance to check it out. It couldn't be repaired. Sure there was a microwave and BBQ we could have tried to prepare our lunch, supper and remaining breakfast with. The problem is we bought food specifically for the stove.
Lastly we had two unresolved issues that were to be looked at when we checked out. One was a mysterious back gassing sort of smell that occurred randomly. It was really bad, when we used the washer and dryer. That being said, it dissipated fast, and the hot and cold water symbols were reversed in the shared bathroom.
In terms of overall comfort, for a central air system, the temperature was not consistent in the house. The upstairs remained cold, granted there were lots of spare blankets to work with.
The house was fairly clean. I few random cobwebs from light fixtures wasn't out of the ordinary. If you have scent sensitivity though, as my husband does, we did have to air out the house for a bit, because the odor was a bit overwhelming.
