"I had a rough encounter with a staff member and the management took it incredibly seriously. There was a mix up about cleaning services. Someone came by early in the morning to ask if we wanted our room clean. We were all still in our pajamas so I said not yet. At 11am I went to the front desk to tell them we were leaving for a few hours and could they please go in for service now. It didn’t happen. At 3 I called the front desk and asked again. The girl that came to my door was incredibly rude about it stating I already said no to service earlier. I tried to tell her it was a mistake because it was so early and she cut me off speaking and gave me attitude. Later the manager called to see if I was happy and let him know the situation. He took the minor complaint very seriously and I was thrilled. We’ve been going to that resort and getting the same room for family weekend for years. Have never had a problem in the past. I’m so happy to see that though they are short staffed they still pride themselves on excellent customer service. Big shout out to concierge Alex who was amazing and the manager that treated my issue like it was a giant one. 10/10 will keep going back."

"Staff were very helpful in accommodating our very late check in. The room was an ideal size for a single nights stay. Everything was very clean and immaculate….. and I’m not one to say that if it’s not. Parking was easy. Breakfast set up in the morning was simple with nice coffee for a motel. Staff in the morning were very friendly. I stay here again if passing through."
