"We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. The owner/on-site chef made a fabulous 3 course meal for dinner, plus dessert, and breakfast was simply perfect If you do not have a car and anticipate hiring a taxi, I advise that you set up the taxi in advance and the owners will be happy to provide a number for you. "I can find anything wrong with the hotel. The way they operate was flawless. The staffs Carla and Isabel were the best of their kind. Breakfast is awesome and did I mention the dinner on the terrace. Fantastic!! The location is the greatest. Just beside the Basilica of St Francis of Assisi. I will go back for sure and share the experience to all our family and friends."

"Very nice room with excellent a/c and decor, fridge, safe etc.. Very helpful staff with taxis, reservations etc. Shower needed care not to turn bathroom into wet room and sink drained poorly but everything else fine. Excellent central location convenient for all major attractions. Breakfast was good. Room service prompt and helpful."

"The location was ideal for my family, close to restaurants and the sites but not crowded. The room was a good size. The shower was a bit small and needed some repair as the water kept leaking out of the basin. The door is a bit loud and you can hear people coming in and out of their room because of the loud clicking. The maid service was great as we definitely needed fresh towels and a dry bath mat. Overall good for two nights in Perugia. "
