"Staff are fantastic. Bike rentals were included, it was extra if you wanted a moped. Rooms were comfy but there were mosquitoes; wearing bug repellent prevented me getting eaten alive! The included breakfast was delicious. Nice and quiet spot a little ways from the busier downtown, taking a bike into town was nice. Thanks for having us!"

"Our stay could have been worse and maybe a different room would have been better but we were really unhappy with the room and location. Although situated close to the Hang Mua walk (about a 5 minute walk), the road it’s self left much to be desired. Maybe it didn’t help that we arrived at night, but the street was deserted with no street lamps and only 2 places to eat including an overpriced pizza place. "Best spot to stay in Tam Coc! We stayed here for 4 nights at room 223 . The location is just on the outskirts of “downtown” quiet and peaceful, but walking distance (5-10min) to anything in town. We were able to rent motorbikes for the days here for such an affordable price. The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, and the hot water and water pressure were fantastic. I saw negative reviews about bugs, but they seemed to solve that problem as well didn’t have any. The view alone should sway anyone yes to stay here. It’s a mom and pop type of business , the owner and staff were super helpful and nice!"
