"Very nice hotel super convenient traveling into and out of Cairo, essential when departing Cairo at 05:30! just a 5-minute walk to the terminal on a nice covered bridgewalk."

"Spacious and clean rooms and the Nile view is great. The food service is a bit slow. On the day we left there was a pipe burst on a higher floor, it caused a massive flood! A huge amount of water flooded both stairwells and the elevators were shut down. We had to leave for our flight, only one person came up to help after long wait and we took the rest of the stuff ourselves as we had no other options as the worker took forever to come up to take the bags but we understand this wasn’t easy and definitely time consuming. We had other guests helping us. I took my seven month old and went down the stairs and ended up having a fall that caused a massive bruise on my arm. Thank God the baby is good. A hotel like this should be getting regular maintenance and safety checks to prevent such issues. Quite disappointing."
