"Sena the receptionist was wonderful, helpful, pleasant and smiling. Breakfast was ok. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. "

"Could have been better!! It was an expensive stay for what we got. The first day when we checked in there was no electricity and we were told that it won’t come another few hours. At night it went off again, luckily kids were sleeping and I don’t even know when it came back. Apparently they always have electricity problem so I think they really need to get a generator. The pool was cold and we wanted it to be heated which they said it could be only warm (not hot) in 3 hours so we didn’t wait and decided to see places in Sapanca. Buffet breakfast and the house was nice but there were things that could be improved such as renewing the sponge and cloths in the kitchen. "

"Pros: The staffs are very kind, polite and always smiling. The panorama was very nice. Cons: Rooms are very small, toilet was smelling very bad. Tiny house made from metal sheets, causing always hot inside the room. Jakuzi was good but not so clean, no regular cleaning, you need to call the service for cleaning. Overall, the price/satisfaction is very low, you can pay similar amount for better places. I don't recommend staying there."

"Beautiful hotel with clean rooms, extremely friendly staff with amazing breakfast. Me and my family is really happy with our visit. Also excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend this place."
