"A clean and good size room We were offered at 26 floors so we can oversee the neighborhood including the Hiroshima Castle and mountains. The scene is pretty. Its location is wonderful so it’s easy to go to most attractions including A bomb Dome, the Castle , memorial museum, Sogo department store, restaurants and prime shopping areas. Taxi to the hotel from train station takes just 1500 yen. We even didn’t have to use any transportation during the two days visit The receptionists are friendly and helpful The only downside: Gym is not included in stay"

"Can't fault the hotel at all. We booked the premium room king bed with breakfast. The room was huge, lots of amenities provided, large bed, bathroom and storage areas. The included breakfast was great including western and Japanese options. The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Walking distance (10 mins) to ground zero memorial and museum. Hiroshima station is 25 min walk and plenty of excellent japanese restaurants in close vicinity. Closest train station is 15 minute walk. Highly recommended."

"Although we were only there for 1 night, it was perfect for what we needed. Nice big rooms for two people. Extremely clean property, very friendly and helpful staff. So close to the Shinkansen, street cars and JR lines, which made it that much easier for getting around."

"Excellent property. Newer building in a very safe area. Didn’t have any fears walking even at night. Very clean rooms. Stayed in the family suite as we have 2 kids. Worked perfect. Kids had their own room and beds. Rooms were large compared to other places we have stayed in Japan. Fantastic bathroom set up. Good amenities including toiletries, PJs and slippers however no washing machine. There is a laundromat within walking distance which was easy and quick plus no need for laundry soap. Check in and out was a seamless process. There is a public-pay parking lot across the street which was convenient as we rented a car. Great restaurant nearby, recommend checking out Meli-Melo and Okonomiyaki Mitsu! Easy walk to Peace Memorial Park and tram nearby. Highly recommend."

"The location of this hotel was great for being able to walk to the Peace Park, the Atomic Bomb Museum, and Hondori the shopping area. We didn't figure out pubic transportation in this area, but were able to get Uber to take us places that weren't walkable. This hotel was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff was remarkably kind and helpful. The vibe of the hotel is upscale and chill. We had two rooms booked since we were a family of 5 and one of our rooms was a smoking room. We didn't realize the booking was made this way. The hotel attempted to lessen the smell in that room but it was pretty off putting for people who don't smoke. The non-smoking room had no smell. I would recommend this hotel to travelers visiting this area."
