"Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch! And the breakfast was the most amazing! Thank you again for everything!"

The entire team was also willing to help. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. It’s conveniently located without being on the main road where it might be noisier and we always felt safe! Staff were amazing , so accomodating, and provided so many great tips and suggestions. We stayed 3 nights, could have easily stayed a week here and felt right at home. Breakfast was excellent.
