"Fantastic hotel, great location in centre of Bilbao. Very friendly and exceptional reception staff.
Beautiful and very comfortable rooms with great shower.
Delicious, fresh and tasty breakfast with lots of choice. Great coffee and breakfast staff so friendly and helpful.
We didn’t use roof top
pool as weather not hot enough, but looked stunning and will return in the summer to try it out.
Cannot recommend more highly. "

"The hotel itself is quite nice and staff are very friendly. The city itself is very hilly and as the hotel is outside of the centre just be aware of the uphill walk home. Breakfast was only ok, I expected more for the price so in hindsight wish I had booked without breakfast and eaten elsewhere.
Outdoor pool is a great size for a city hotel, but I didn’t use the spa as it was far too busy as it’s a public gym not a hotel spa. "

"An EXCELLENT stay. The service was impeccable - Luis at the door was attentive and greeted us with true kindness. Sandra, the concierge, helped us with a medical issue with speed. Jon at the rooftop terrace was so friendly with beach advice and plenty of coffee. We stayed in one of the smart interior rooms and the bed was comfortable and temperature, cool, after many very hot days in Galicia. Thank you so much. Top notch time."
