"Room was large and spacious and perfect for our 5. Pool was not open and restaurant was closed due to some fryer being down. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and welcoming. She was very professional. I could tell they take pride in their work when she cleaned up the coffee area before placing the coffee urn back in it's spot. Our room was clean and spacious. It was annoying how the bathroom light was on the outside near the sink. But it couldn't be placed on the inside of the bathroom because of the shower wall. The curtains also did not close all the way, so there was a sliver of light peeking through. The beds were not very comfortable, but we slept fine. The breakfast in the morning was great! The staff was friendly and helped problem solve when there were no more bowls. In case youre like me and like to know what was there, they had real scrambled eggs, bacon, tortillas, a salsa bar, potatoes, make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, hard boiled eggs, and fruit. If we are ever in the Germantown/Memphis area again, we will stay here. The area felt safe, the grounds were well kept, and grocery stores and restsurants were nearby."

"All staff members were very cordial. The suite was clean with nice amenities. The furnishing was well appointed. I would definitely stay at this Embassy Suites again."

"Location is great. Tooms are old wprn holes in floor, hipa miaaong from tub monimal shampoo amd conditooner. Lights not working, very exprnsive rate for poor room condition. Outfoo lock to pool not working, very unsecurre facility."

"The staff were all helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well supplied, including better tasting coffee than most hotel free breakfast bars. The location was lovely, with direct access to the Germantown Greenway, a paved walking path along by the Wolf River. We enjoyed a morning walk before checking out. We will stay here again."
