Family friendly Hotels in Germantown, Memphis

"Picked this hotel for its location close to the activities we wanted to do. Service was very friendly. Swimming pool was disappointing, dirty and not heated. Breakfast was also disappointed as it seemed they were out of all the hot food and so chooses were cereal or a bagel. Overall a dissent choice but lacking for the money we spent."

"The room was large, comfortable and clean. The pool and laundry room were nice. The breakfast, which I accepted through third party booking was a rip off. Very basic and over priced. I stayed here for the safe area away from downtown but the location was not nice enough to justify cost. My negative opinion was also affected by the barking/ howling dog in another room. I do understand this is out of the hotels control, but really very annoying. The staff was very nice. "

"Needs to be upgraded some. The reason we chose this place was it is near the arena and they said the pool was in good shape! I called they confirmed pool was in working order. The heater did not work and the water was ice cold. "
