"I originally planned a single night's stay but was taken ill just as I was about to leave. The hotel were so helpful as they called an ambulance and looked after my belongings whilst I was in hospital.
They also arranged for a room to be available for a couple of days when I was discharged from hospital.
Very helpful and nice big apartment rooms, with the river running by right out front."

"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available.
After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out...

"Appartement petit pour six personnes, il y a peine le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La salle d'eau est correct. Mais la nuit il y a des bruits de goutte d'eau qui deviennent trÚs pénibles. La literie est correct. Le personnel a l'accueil et trÚs serviable et souriant. Piscine et sauna trop petit pour le nombre d'appartements."

"Los apartamentos son nuevos con todas las comodidades. Echo en falta que los radiadores no funcionaron en los 5 dĂas que estuvimos. La explicaciĂłn era que tenia 23 grados la casa, increĂble porque nunca funcionaron, a cambio nos dieron un radiador para sustituir esta carencia. Creo que deben arreglar esto."
