The room had an excellent view as we were on the third floor. I went up to the top of the building and could see the ocean. It was breathtaking to see all around.

We had a 50th birthday party to attend. The venue was about 10 minutes away. The market across the street was amazing to visit. The staff were friendly and kind. We didn’t have the breakfast but I’m sure it was delicious.

This is a horrible property, the staff are uncooperative and not knowledgeable. They just lied about the property and its amenities, like hot water or towels

Staff was not friendly at all. We had to beg to get someone to clean the room and even then sometimes they would not send anyone to clean the room. Will never go back there.

The Property is very outdated... Elavator does not work all the time ONLY ONE on property, Room 205 we stayed in had a roach in the bathroom the AC went out on the first day of use, the towel rack fell. We demanded we get moved to another room after much debate about avalibily of a room, finally got room 105 which was much better. The property is in need of a serious refresh.

Staff was amazing, nice and helpful. But looks like they lack the right Management. The rooms are nice but some of the lay out was bad. Lightning in wrong area of room. Bad blind placements. Rooms didnt get clean daily.

Stayed one night here and the property was clean, however the inside was a bit run down. Staff at the front counter were very friendly. I found the rate they charged for the room was high especially considering the condition of the property and the rates offered at other hotels in the area that had more updated rooms for less. They also charged a 4% fee to pay with a credit card which was disappointing.

This is one of the hotels approved by the US Stare department. Sadly we thought this was an indication that it would be an ok stay. We were wrong. Extremely rude service. We had to request the appropriate number of towels 4 times, and only got them because we waited for them for 20 minutes at the front desk. Breakfast was ok but you could have one of two options - ask before accepting what the server dishes up. Room was dirty - there was a broken bottle under the bed. Room was spacious though, and it was nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room. The onsite restaurant was nice. There are few affordable options in Georgetown but we will try elsewhere next time.

Improvements can be made

The hotel can clear the rooms without the guest requesting it just like restocking the fridge with water. Also, rooms in the annex can open without the key and that´s not safe when guests have valuable things that cannot be carried around outside the hotel.
