Hell On Earth
It was like hell on earth.....the room smelled, bedsheets were not very clean. The worst thing was that there was this rat in the air-cond vent that kept on making noise all night long

Bad Experience
It was the school holiday season and most of the hotels were fully booked. I then manage to get hold of this hotel and rate was reasonable. The hotel looked old and not well maintained from the outside. When I stepped into the hotel lobby, it smelled like a hospital. The reception service was also poor. The staff was not well trained. Then the big surprise, they told me that the hotel is under reservation and hot water is not available. So all the guest in the hotel have to bare with cold shower!!! I then asked them how come we were not made aware of this when we make booking online? They then told me some stories of them having problem with the booking agent and so on. But I told them I dont care hwat going on with them, as a hotel guest it not fair to me. And you know what was their responded? The person who was checking me in told me, they had not charge anything to my credit card yet, so if I am not happy, I can leave and try another hotel, yet he knows very well most hotel were already fully booked. Very unfriendly and no...never will stay there again!!! Please stay away!!!

This hotel need lots of work
When we arrived and checked in we were not told that the hot water was not available due to hot water heater spoilt, so we had cold showers, the lift is scarry as it sounds like it's gonna break down anytime, phone in the room was not working, reception was slow and not friendly at all, no bell boy to help with luggage, parking bay filthy and dark. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you have no alternative
