"I think they had some new staff. The person checking us in gave us a document that the morning staff yelled at a customer who had also been given the same document as it was to have been signed and kept by the hotel. I didn't want to get yelled at so just tossed my keys on the desk and got rid of the paper work in the trash. Room temp was set at 90 degrees when we got there so it took a bit to cool off but was fine after that occured. A little loud as our room was close to the lobby. Over all fine place to staff, just a little quirky with the staff and strange room temp setting. "

"Upon arrival at 9:00 pm, there were very few cars in the parking lot. Walking into the building, there was a strong smell of incense. In the lobby, the furniture was very outdated and looked very dirty/warn. The pictures on your website are absolutely NOT what the rooms look like, and I'm sure the reviews on your site are fake. I was allowed to see the rooms before paying, and they were exactly like the lobby, disgustingly dirty and musty. We were in town for a funeral of a family member, and after driving for 6 plus hours, we were forced to find better lodging for our stay. This is what makes me very apprehensive of using sites such as yours to book important lodging/travel events."

"None of the amenities we went there for were in order. Pool was out the number 1 reason we went. Booked a room with bathtub did not get but shower. Hairs on the shower walls"

"Me and my wife booked this hotel for one night just to get out of the house and relax and swim. We got to the hotel and the pool was dirty with hair floating in the pool. I fished all of it out with the net they had at the pool and there was a slimy film on top of the whole pool. Nothing was clean in the pool area. We couldn’t even swim if I could put photos on here I would do not recommend this hotel."

"The breakfast was great! The room was clean. The toilet was previously clogged which I thought should have been noticed before we came. We had a 2 bedroom unit and that worked out great. Even though there was a lot of noise coming from the common room due to a kids hockey team being there, the bedrooms were situated in a way that we couldn’t hear the noise and we slept well."
