"The room was clean and spacious. The amenities were nice and the staff was helpful. The outlets in the room did not all work and could not charge electronics. It is great that there were fire pits but they only provide would and nothing to get it started with. Overall it was a good experience."

"Unbeatable home base if you plan to hike trails, drive further north to walk around Grand Marais, and if Lutsen Mountain is on your list for fall leaf viewing or skiing, this place is just across HWY 61 from it! Kitchen had bare essentials for cookware so if you bring food to cook, be sure to bring everything you might need. The view off the lake and surrounding grounds were pristine and serene-perfect respite retreat! I’ll be back!!"
