"Internet was incredibly slow. Gym required a pass each time you used it, there was no water or cloth to wipe the equipment down. Everyone's sweat was just left on the equipment. When I asked for water at reception she told me to get it from the convenience store. It should be complementary. The shampoo smelt very toxic (like bleach), I believe it has been tampered with as when I took it to reception it was exchanged for shampoo that smelt like it should - it was very worrying and they didn't even apologise. Who knows what I washed my hair with, but it wasnt shampoo. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"There was no Air Conditioning in the room. The staff said it was because it was cool outside but it was 80 degrees in the room. The fan they supplied didn't really help. "
