"The cleaning was regular every morning. As a motel, there wasn't any cooking facilities and I had to eat all my meals outside, which was not ideal. There was a smell of cigarettes as if someone before me had smoked, and that smell didn't go away for days. The cleaning could have been improved on that front. "

No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. "My stay at Shilla Stay was excellent overall. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with everything well-maintained and easy to use. The only thing I felt was missing was a slightly larger table or workspace for setting up my computer and work materials. Aside from that, everything exceeded my expectations—especially considering the value for the price. Overall, it’s a fantastic option, and I would definitely stay here again."
