What a great hotel! Even though it was close to the airport which is where I wanted to be, it was quiet. And then we just hopped across the street to catch the free tram into the center of the city. So easy! The room was very nice with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend and I were very pleased with the hotel.

I did a quick 2 days to enjoy Switzerland while staying in Italy. The facility, shuttle service, food and staff was wonderful! Mr. Abraham at the front desk went far and beyond to make sure my tour to the Glacier 3000 was sorted properly and the van came to the hotel instead of meeting them at the airport. I would stay here again.

This was our second visit. We like the hotel and its location. Breakfast is very very limited and a bit disappointing. Rooms are good, comfortable beds but only 1 pillow and very small bath towels. We had 2 rooms and the fridge didn’t work in either room. Parking is great and very cheap. Also the free public transport you get with the hotel is brilliant and you can get a tram almost outside the front door of the hotel, to take you all the way to Lake Geneva.

The hotel is within short distance of the bus from the GVA. Our room was so clean and fresh, very comfortable and was a perfect spot to stay after a long travel day. The late check out is a plus, one recommendation would be an extra pillow or two available in the room if needed. We loved our stay at Intercity, wished we could have stayed longer!

Airport shuttle works well. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, if a little dusty. The hotel is on the tram line into Geneva which is also very convenient. Some friendly staff, some not so much and you pretty much have to work it all out for yourself. I had a very poor experience in the restaurant in the evening and the breakfast was pretty awful. Overall, fine for its position and somewhere to stay for one night.

The hotel is excellent overall, friendly staff, comfortable bed, two tram stations near at walking distance.The only thing that I found weird, is that they don't clean your room, unless you hang the little thing on the doorknob. The staff should tell about this on check-in. Other than that, it is a great place to stay.

When we checked in the employee was frazzled. Allowed a man to step in front of us and complain about something (Geneva in general seemed miserable). It was nice to be by the airport for an early flight but that is about it. The area has no good food options. Good transport into Geneva and clean rooms a plus.
