Limpeza do quarto não estava agradável, ar condicionado parando de gelar (do nada) e voltava quando desligava e ligava novamente (várias vezes na madrugada), café da manhã deixou a desejar e o principal foi com o suco não sendo natural (suco em pó), etc...
