"I didn’t enjoy my stay because I didn’t stay. I booked the room and called less than 8 hours later with a death in my family and your front desk told me I could cancel the reservation with Expedia that all they had to do was reach it and you would accept the cancellation and when Expedia did you denied it. "

"Bathroom needs more attention to cleaning, shower curtain had mold on bottom. Shame for such a nice place otherwise "

"No hair dryer in room as advertised. Ice makers hard to find. Self parking advertised was hard to find for hotel. Ended up in valet for hotel marked. "

"There were so kay people that there was little foid available. They couldn't kerp up with it. "

"Hotel was fine for what I needed. Comfortable room, shuttle to the airport and close enough to Cincinnati for the Red Sox Reds series. Breakfast was ok. A few hot items and the usual toast bagles and boxed mini donuts. No fresh fruit or OJ available. during my 5 day stay and no yogurt the last two nights."
