"During our stay the Riverview restaurant was closed for renovations, but we knew that when we booked so I could not rate the amenities. We stayed 1 night in one of the cabins. Oh my... it was perfect. It was set in the wooded area with a small deck and a couple of chairs (um, chairs weren't the greatest, but they did the job). There was a picnic table and old style grill there too but we did not use them. The bed was comfortable, and the cabin was very clean. It was chilly that night but the heat in the cabin worked fine. There was a small sink with a small area for coffee pot, micro, and a small fridge which is all we needed. The area is beautiful, great for hiking and Cumberland Falls is so worth the walk to view it! Up at the Falls is a small store, visitor center, and food vendor."

"Clean, great room with amenities, great gym, good breakfast…. HOWEVER.. they need to get it together with this place. It is a brand new hotel and the elevator was broken for most of our one night stay. The pool heater was broken, the lobby men’s bathroom was out of service. Such a beautiful and functional hotel should not be having so many issues so soon…. I know they have ongoing issues because we have family who stay at this very hotel regularly since it opened. The front desk lady was very sweet and I felt bad for her having to tell every person the elevator was broken (then was fixed for a very short time) but then broke again. Beautiful place but needs some work or you’re going to lose your customers that actually need these amenities."

"I just wanna say that when I arrived on the property, it was well cleaned and maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions and concerns. I liked how it was family and friendly and the shopping nearby was amazing no more than a half a mile to a mile to either way you want to go shopping enjoyed"
