Will begin with positives 😄 is great location… about 10 minutes walk to the beach and about 10-15 minutes walk to city centre. Also there is a small shop in adjoining building where u can buy fresh bread rolls and anything else u need here and there.
Unfortunately flat is situated on a very busy street…3 Maja of not only heavy traffic but also heavy pedestrian traffic so noise levels all night long make it hard to sleep all hours of the night. Top that off with the very thin windows and white blinds both noise and light will keep u awake all night long …along with stabbing backpains from the very old mattress with springs sticking out all over 😄 if u manage to sleep to 5am u will awaken to the garbage truck emptying trash outside your bedroom window, then you can take a shower with the smell of sewage coming from the pipes every morning. The sofa is a sofa only and I think to be honest it would be more comfortable sitting on the floor but it does fold out to something that resembles a bed, maybe it worked 15 years ago but now is completely useless.
The building itself is very old and worn out, was very scared on arrival at how bad it looked coming in the gate and even in the door….when I managed to get it open, wondered what horror flat had I booked for me and family. But up the winding spiral staircase, the flat is actually quite nice and spacious. There is a parking space included, that as long as u don’t get blocked in by neighbours
