Fantastic location! Definitely Recommend !!!

Fantastic location. Walking distance to all you need but perfectly quiet from downtown noise. Nice hotel, good breakfast with all the variations you need. I guess the hotel is quite new as it smell a little awkward… I would appreciate an outside sitting place to enjoy a drink before going to the room… Recommend 👍

Calm family hotel with good location

We had a junior suite for 2+2 and we were impressed with the size and comfort of it. The hotel is a short walk away from the tourist area in Sopot, but it was fine and was just a stroll down a pedestrian street to get there.

Great hotel and mostly great staff.

The hotel was very nice. The day staff were excellent. The night lady was pretty crusty. Asked her for a wine opener at the bar which is attached to reception. Was told “My co worker went to a party and didn’t show up and I dont know where it is. The next night we caught her with the opener in her hand and reluctantly let us open our wine bottle.

The bed was comfortable apart from the fact that the mattress topper is plastic covered which makes a noise when you move, it’s like sleeping on an air bed. The topper is not attached to mattress so was slipping to one side! The staff did not seem to man reception/ bar area it was like they watch cctv from another room & then appear when they’ve seen you arrive. The breakfast was good & great idea to let residents have take away rolls & coffee.

Short business trip to Sopot

Short business trip to Sopot. The hotel was fine but there was a bit of the issue with the reception. First there was nobody who could great us and give us the key. We had to wait good 15 min for the receptionist to show of.

Greit opphold – men mangler varme og sjel

Vi bodde på Focus Hotel Premium Sopot i en uke i august, og opplevelsen var blandet. Servicen var helt ok – resepsjonistene hjelper gjerne med praktiske ting som å bestille taxi, men flere av dem virket lite imøtekommende. Det var få smil å se, og stemningen i resepsjonen ga inntrykk av at jobben var mer et ork enn en glede. Frokosten var god, med et greit utvalg, men den var nesten identisk hver dag. Etter en uke ble det ganske ensformig, og vi savnet litt variasjon. Rommet vi fikk var stort og fint, men badet var uvanlig trangt. Dusjen var klemt mellom toalettet og vasken, og det var nesten umulig å komme seg inn og ut uten å måtte lirke døren forsiktig. Et klart minus. Renholdet var også skuffende. Det ble ikke gjort noen rengjøring de første dagene, og jeg måtte selv be om det i resepsjonen på dag fire. Da ble det ordnet, men det burde vært en selvfølge. Hotellet ligger fint til, nær både strand og sentrum, og fremstår som nytt og moderne. Men det mangler litt sjel – det føles mer som et forretningshotell enn et sted man drar for å slappe av. Ingen treningsrom eller basseng, og lite for barn å gjøre. Et lite pluss for at de har brettspill til utlån i resepsjonen. Alt i alt et greit hotell, men ikke et sted jeg ville valgt for en lengre ferie med familie.

Fint hotell, men några klagomål

I det stora hela ett bra hotell. Frukosten var mycket bra och positivt med paketerade smörgåsar att ta med, sandwiches to go. Några småsaker som drar ner betyget var handdukar som saknade hängare och plastunderlägg i sängen. Det sämsta var att bli väckt kl 6 av skrammel och oljud från en anläggning som ligger alldeles intill hotellet.

Fint och trevligt hotell

Nytt, fräsch hotell. Får 5 stjärnor fast att vi inte var 100% nöjda. Vi bodde i ett Delux rum. Det negativa var att bäddsoffan vår 17 åriga dotter skulle sova i var jättehård. Kanske ett barn upp till 10 år hade det fungerat med. Stoppningen i soffan var typ 2-3 cm, och ingen typ av bäddmadrass ovanpå. Inget jag rekommenderar till större barn, Så hon fick sova med oss i dubbelsängen, haha. Frukosten får 3/5. Lite dåligt utbud. Kanske inte riktigt värd sitt pris. Vi betalade 60 zloty per person. Vi reagerade på att många i receptionen inte hälsade när man kom in genom dörren. De kollade inte upp och sa hej. Tycker alltid det är trevligt och en enkel gest så att gästen känner sig välkommen. En kille som jobbade där ( mörkt, krulligt hår) var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. Hotellet var som sagt jättefräsch och fint. Rummet bra städat. Stort fint rum. Lyxigt med badrockar på rummet. Läget var perfekt. Nära gågatan, men lugnt och skönt område. Tog ca 15 min att gå till stranden. De i receptionen pratade bra engelska. Vi är i det stora hela nöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka.
