The room was very clean and comfortable, the young lady on reception was lovely, so helpful, polite and she went above and beyond and the location was perfect. Negatives - The man on reception was not at all pleasant, never even said good evening and the restaurant / bar staff were so rude that we didn't even bother to try it after our first experience when we walked in. From the time we stepped through the entrance of Fama Residence the staff were so helpful, very polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely clean room, thanks to housekeeping, comfortable and compact with everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Comfy bed, quiet room so a great nights sleep. Nice hot shower and plenty clean towels.The hotel is in a great location for shopping,bars, restaurants and sightseeing. The attached bar has great cocktails at a good price. I cannot recommend the hotel enough. We will be back… Thank you Fama team for making our stay fabulous.

Fantastic from start to finish. Had the deluxe rooms and the beautiful view of the street was well worth the extra. A bit noisy at night from the street but it didn’t spoil anything .. plus they supply earplugs. My husbands 60th birthday while there and they kindly gifted a bottle of Prosecco for us to celebrate. Cannot fault it at all and the location… just wow!
