Little problem

Neat apartment but dishes for only two. Problems getting into the gate with the key and leaving the key had to leave the apartment but then could not get out of the gate without the key.

The communications with Expedia and owner of the apartment was horrible. I was charged two extra nights despite numerous phone calls and promises to fix the problem. I called before arriving two Gdansk and spent money on long distance calls. I was put on hold many times And they still charged me those two extra nights. I

Sijainti täydellinen. Hotellin kuvaukset eivät pitäneet paikkaansa , varauksessa oli parivuode ja tilalla ahdas pieni divaanivuodesohva, jossa oli selkäkipuisen ja olkapääkipuisen todella hankalaa nukkua. Reissu oli hääpäivämatkamme ja siksi toivoimme jotakin luksusta yöpymiseen. Suihku oli rikki, jonka kyllä joku kävi korjaamassa kun soitettiin asiasta. Lisäksi huoneistossa oli todella pahahaju joka ei lähtenyt tuulettamalla.

Vi fikk ikke den leilighten vi hadde bestilt. Det var ingen leiligheter på den adressen vi hadde fått først. Vi fikk deretter nøkkel til en annen leilighet på en annen adresse., men der bodde det noe andre!! Deretter fikk vi nøkkel til en ny leilighet i samme hus. Det var i 6.etasje uten heis. Dette var vi ikke forberedt på. Leiligheten var dårlig rengjort. Teppe i oppholdsrom var ikke støvsugd.

Die Unterkunft war in beste Lage, aber das war schon Alles. Das Apartment war in 5 Stock ohne Aufzug, vorher nicht angekündigt. Mit Koffer nach eine OP, war nicht das beste Es stand das kein Aufzug, aber nicht das 5 Stock ist. Die Küche war ok Badezimmer hatte kein Föhn, obwohl sollte es sein. In der Dusche selbe keine Ablage für Schampo usw. Das Kleider Kammer, na ja Wohnzimmer OK, Sofa voll Flecken Und die Treppen zur Betten, das war ein Hammer, sehr gefährlich. Der Raum für zwei Kisten mit Matratzen zum schlafen nur für Kinder. Nicht geeignet für Erwachsene, aber die Treppe nicht geeignet für Kinder. Würde ich niemanden den Apartment empfehlen. Am Ende am Rezeption nicht freundliche Personal. Bin sehr enttäuscht.

Appartment for supposedly 4 people with only two single beds and a couch that doesn't pull out!! Toilet stopped working after only a few hours of our stay. Called the property management and the rental office multiple times. Was told someone would come to fix it. No one showed up during our 3 night stay. Very disappointing!!!

Huoneiston yleinen kunto/toimivuus oli surkea. Portin ja ovien lukot eivät toimineet ja alkutiedoissa mainittu pesukone ja kuivausrumpu loistivat poissaolollaan. Huoneiston viemärinhaju väheni asumisen aikana. Eteisen lattiassa vesivahinko, kun kylppäristä tullut suihkuvesi tärvellyt lattiapinnoitteen. Paikka oli meluisa, sisäpihan vaunuroskikset tyhjennettiin aamuöisin kovalla metelillä. Näiden moitteiden jälkeen ei kiitoksille paljon syytä jää.

Huoneisto oli parhaalla alueella mutta oven lukko ei meinannut toimia, piha täynnä juoppoja ja kodittomia ja niitä oli myös rappukäytävässä, parkkipaikkaa ei meinannut saada ja sitten Wi-fi ei toiminut.

It was almost impossible to find the right address. did not find the first day and had to stay with friends. The next day, it succeeds in getting in touch with the landlord. Had to pay extra for cleaning. Cleaning was not done. The day I was traveling, it was almost impossible to contact the landlord. Had to leave keys to the apartment.

Majoituksen sijainti oli hyvä. Sisäänkäynnin löytäminen tuotti vaikeuksia, koska se oli eri kadulta kuin mikä oli huoneiston osoite. Yllätyksenä oli myös kolmannen kerroksen sijainti, hissiä ei ollut ja painavan matkalaukun raahaaminen tuotti jonkin verran vaikeuksia.

Vi fikk aldri nøklene til hotellet/leiligheten, vi fikk heller aldri tak i de som er de leiligheten. Noen på en restaurant der vi satt fikk tak i en av de som jobbet der og da måtte vi ta en taxi til den 7 minutter unna og tilbake i. Noe som heller ikke var mulig, grunna av dårlig vær,Var det heller ingen taxier som kjørte og vi måtte kjøpe et nytt hotellrom som var enda dyrere meget dårlig. Ønsker full refusjon av hotell/leilighet rom!

NOT RECOMMENDED

Definitely NOT recommend this apartment agency to anyone. I was given a different apartment address from the place I choose and confirmed online - instead of being on Old Town to being over a kilometer away from Old Town. The living room chair/couch was nasty/dirty with fluid stains and burnt damage. It was very inconvenient to look for the agency office to sign-in for the key to the property several kilometers away on the opposite side of Old Town Gdansk.

Dåligt städad när vi kom. Fann hår i garderoben, tandborstmuggen var ej rengjord. Hade beställd transfer via hotellet, dock fick vi endast taxi till första hotellet där vi skulle hämta nyckel. Vi fick gå med 2 barn och resväska genom centrum till hotellet..

Second worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in

Apartment looks nothing like the web site picking up keys took quite a hike apartment had electric sockets hanging off the walls we had to clean shower head twice to stop it spraying horizontally over an electrical socket as well getting clean picking up the keys involved a mugging as nobody mentioned a deposit or additional money for additional bed (blow up ) window blinds were missing l could go on all day but it’s easier to say don’t go with your wife and children there will be tears absolutely disgusting
